Tatiana Rey
Tatiana Rey has been working in real estate since 1995 and brings decades of hands-on experience to every client she works with. She focuses on the North Florida market, helping first-time homebuyers and first-time investors feel confident in their decisions, while also supporting clients with long-term property management throughout the life of their investment.
Her experience covers everything from new construction to full renovations down to the studs, giving her a practical understanding of how properties evolve and what it takes to manage them well over time.
Tatiana is fluent in both English and Spanish and is known for being approachable, reliable, and genuinely invested in the people she works with.
Outside of real estate, she is a proud mother of four, with two more she has unofficially adopted into her heart. Family is a big part of who she is, and it shows in how she cares for her clients.
Julie Mauerman
Julie has been passionate about real estate from an early age, developing a strong appreciation for the home search process long before it moved online. Today, she brings that lifelong interest into helping clients find the right home with confidence and clarity.
With a background in microbiology and psychology, Julie offers a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach—understanding both the technical side of a transaction and the human side of decision-making. She is committed to creating a smooth, supportive experience for every client.
Outside of real estate, Julie enjoys reading, traveling, swimming, and spending time with her family.

With a Master’s in International Real Estate from Florida International University, he brings a strong analytical approach and deep understanding of market trends to every transaction.
